This page outlines the refund policy for services, retainers, and (when the storefront launches in Phase 2) digital products.
Services and retainers
Placeholder. Retainers are billed in advance and cover scoped monthly work. Unused work in a given month does not carry over and is non-refundable, unless otherwise noted in the engagement letter.
Digital products (Phase 2)
Placeholder. Paid digital products carry a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. Free downloads do not qualify, since no payment is made.
